My favourite moments in forest bathing are when you realise your worries have quietly fallen away. A sense of calm settles into the body, the mind becomes clear, and being present feels effortless.

Helen and Anneli gave a completely new meaning to being in the forest. Before, I would walk, hike, exercise, or picnic there. But suddenly there was something else — presence. How to simply be, to notice, and to leave the noise of everyday life behind, instead of carrying it with you. WOW!

There was a sense of excitement. I was ready for anything — and so were others. And then it began. We became very quiet. Perhaps it was the first time we were truly in the forest — with all of our senses.

Walking through the winter forest with Helen and Anneli, the constant rush of everyday life finally settles. The body feels clean and free of tension, the mind becomes lighter — and even the sense of taste awakens.
